Check all standard shipping delivery times in the FAQ section "How much does shipping cost?"

Please note that deliveries to remote areas and islands, using all shipping methods, usually take an additional 1-2 business days. Don't worry if the tracking link is initially disabled; the tracking link will be activated as soon as the order reaches the first distribution center after the transit period. Always check this link as well to verify delivery attempts that have already taken place and possible problems the courier had in finding your address.

Please note: In the event of increased order volume, such as special occasions such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day, as well as holidays and delivery issues, your order may be slightly delayed. In this case, the processing of your order may extend to 4-7 business days plus shipping time.

* Delivery time is counted from the next day after shipping and these are business days only!

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner. Click the link to track the current status of your shipment.

If you have an account with us, log in and you will be taken to your order summary in the "Orders" section. Click on the relevant order and you will find a "View Tracking" link that will take you directly to your shipping provider's tracking page.

Please note that it may take several hours from the moment you receive the email until the shipment status is updated on the courier company's website.

Important!:

Each order is delivered via a courier company or the Polish Post Office. The owner of the online store is not responsible for late delivery as they have no influence on this.
